About Us

Independence for Ohioans with physical or mental disabilities is the mission that unites all aspects of the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (RSC). RSC works with partners in business, education and non-profits to facilitate customized employment plans for Ohioans with disabilities.

The trained professionals staffing RSC help Ohio companies recruit and retain employees with disabilities through state-of-the-art workplace solutions. In addition, RSC is the sole agency administering the Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) & Supplemental Security Income (SSI) programs in Ohio.
